NO SNOW HERE In Bemis - Jackson, Tn.
However shortly after Sunset
A Thin Layer of ICE has formed on Several different Structures.
NOT from Snow or Frezzing Rain.
The N.W.S. in Memphis is calling it Frezzing Fog.
Thanks for that report William. Keep us here informed if anything changes...
