Is it to Late to Change My Forecast?

Well....well is all I can say after my morning forecast UH-OH. All of Mid. TN and the Highland Rim got a good soaking rain with some thunder and lightning. We all could have used the rain, but not so fast. I wasn't the only one who's Memorial Day plans were messed up because of this all day rain. Tomorrow we look to again have a chance at seeing some T'storms and good soaking rains. It's at an 70%-80% chance right now, but tomorrow I'll post the places and where and who will see the most rains.
